i'm not one for analysis, but you can clearly see how much influence the third hokage has even after he's dead, which is one of the things that makes Naruto great to watch because it makes the world more real and interesting, like you actually care what happens to everyone in the show.

Well he was also very long alive, he legacy moves on. There is so much he has done beside with Snake Man, other students etc. So ofcourse you see stories like that & more.

It is pretty obvious that the third hokage is the greatest kage of all Time ever. he is literally the only person in this franchise to Actually rise above his circumstances and be better . he is literally the person who broke the chains of Fate Of hundreds of years in this franchise
